further achieve our goals when we seek even bigger and
much more insane outcomes, also, she is our bulletproof

Her "Death-Stare" is not intimidating ,rather, it is a statement of true
self-awareness and confidence, because, she is well aware of the fact that she has flaws, but, she also knows about her own set of strengths and weaknesses, and how to leverage them. That is what gives her that confident look and keeps her one-step-ahead at all times.
